Superb Service!!!
Usually use the Menlyn branch, service always on 100! Recently visited your Cape Town store, Vincent was very helpful and willing to go a step further where customer service is concerned.
I am specifically writing this review based on your refund process. Never in my life as a South African have I received such a smooth, painless and quick resolution to an issue. Kudos to your whole team, you guys are stars! Special shout out to Geraldene, your communication and problem solving skills are unmatched.
