Outstandingly excellent service

Hey there I just want to convey my gratitude to all the staff at the Somerset Mall kiosk for making my first experience such a memorable one. They were there every set of the way with me. They gave me excellent service with a smile. Their glasses and sunglasses are of top quality and it is very affordable. Jaydon was absolutely amazing because his service was top notch, and he knew what he was talking about when it came to prices; and also the different types of glasses that you can choose from that would suit you. He was very helpful and he always went the extra mile for me when it comes to getting my prescription glasses and sunglasses on time.

Jolene was very friendly and always so helpful. She knew what she was talking about when it came to the shades for the sunglasses that you can choose from. She was very supportive of my decisions. She is really an amazing cheerleader. I would want her in my corner where ever I go. I wish we could bottle her enthusiasm. Ursula was very friendly and very helpful when it comes to answering my questions, and even if it was just to make conversation to pass the time while I was dealing with a query.

My sincerest gratitude to each one of the team members at the Somerset Mall Falco Milano kiosk. I would recommend everyone to go and visit the kiosk, because they will definitely have your style and even if you don't know what you are looking for they will surely help and make the process much easier for you. When you walk away from that kiosk you will know what you want and you will be happy with your choice. I have one piece of constructive feedback and it's regarding the PayJustNow app. I think that the staff needs more exposure to queries and troubleshooting scenarios. More training is needed.When they get this right their service will be through the roof.
