Inferior quality frames with no comeback. Money down the drain!

I purchased sunglasses priced at R1280 and discounted a few months ago. I wore them only twice as I was still using my current pair. They were in the original box and pristine. When I came to take them out to use the top part of the frame was cracked open. This was clearly a defect as they are basically new, boxed and not mis-handled. When I took them back to the kiosk in Canal Walk, all they were prepared to do was discount me another pair BUT refused to exchange these. I do NOT recommend them and do not trust the quality of their sunglasses if they can break after very little use and then they disregard you as a customer. Better to buy a reputable brand from a reputable store.
