Good brand bad menlyn branch
The brand is really good and head office is a big help. However, Menlyn branch has terrible customer service and the management is extremely rude, the employees just tell you no refund, even on a broken item.
Head office has promised that the item will be sent in and the refund will be done. Fingers crossed.
