Fantastic service, always friendly. Extraordinary team!

I previously stumbled across Falco Milano In Canal Walk where I was consciously and knowledgeably helped by one of their sales reps. He helped me pick a couple of blue square PC glasses.

Anyway in the wake of giving it a shot I came to understanding that they were unreasonably strong for my eyes and at that point I reached them through Facebook to see whether they had any lower remedy focal points, I got an answer inside an hour by one of the Falco Milano colleagues who was very kind and accommodating and put me onto their senior optometrist, Dana Wolters, that same night. She was so amazingly sweet and kind. She demanded I go for an eye test and whatever my remedy is she would adjust the focal points for my eyes with a totally new frame of my decision.

I can't portray that I was so eager to get my new glasses, and when I did, which was just seven days after the fact I was totally overwhelmed, they were immaculate, such high caliber at such a great price with what different optometrists quoted me R3399 to do precisely the same thing!

From what I have encountered is that the Falco Milano group truly esteem their clients and put a ton of exertion into giving the best assistance. Thanks you so much Falco Milano, this is an Awesome brand and extraordinary Team!
