Falco Milano Somerset West

I was originally on my way to another store when I happened to stop by the Falco Milano stand in Somerset West—and I’m so glad I did! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Jolene, who went above and beyond in assisting me.

I’m very particular when it comes to spectacle frames, and although I initially planned on getting new everyday glasses, I ended up finding the most amazing pair of sunglasses instead. Jolene did a fantastic job helping me choose the perfect pair and made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free.

I had my prescription lenses fitted into the sunglasses, and Jolene kept me updated every step of the way. I really appreciated her follow-ups and the fact that she even negotiated a great deal for me. The service I received was top-notch, and the experience was far more affordable than what I’ve had at places like Spec-Savers. Most importantly, I left genuinely happy with my new frames.
