Bayanda First time experience at Falco Milano

After my eye test consultation I called the land line at Falco Milano The Glen. As I am new to the environment she assisted me to get to they are stationed. I was warmly welcomed by two sales assistant lady and a gentleman. I met the sweetest and very willing person to give me assistance. Her name is Nqobile. She gave me the best experience in choosing my prescription glasses and sunshade glasses. She has style and good sense of humour.I am very pleased and happy to own the quality glasses which have great style and versitility in fashion. The process is very fast I handed her my prescription eye test and she went with the process. As I was there on Saturday, in two days time my prescription and sunglasses were available for pick by Tuesday morning around 11am. I managed to fetch them on Friday at the East Gate mall. There also I met a lady called Celiwe Jojozi and I was lost there she also assisted me to get to the shop. She was the one who handed me the glasses. She's was very polite and explained everything I asked about the shop and demonstrated how the glasses tend to change under direct sunlight. All in all I had a great first time experience at Falco Milano. I met great Sales Consultant at the front desk. I love the quality and versitility of the glasses as they are very affordable.
