A great experience with fantastic customer care.
I read these reviews and I am afraid I don't agree with any of these negative reviews. In the back of my mind I could not help but to think it is a bunch of jealous optometrists not being able to give the same prices. I had a great experience buying optics at on the online store and it delivered so fast! Jano helped us so fast with our online order. I have a pair that lasted me over 3 years now. I am a regular client of the Somerset Mall store and the staff always make my day with a hug when I pass the store.
