Most Pathetic service...cannot trust their promises

We arranged with Vic to move my daughter's furniture from Musina to Aliwal on 15 December 2020 and paid him the required deposit of 50% of the quotation. They never turned up on the 15th to collect it!! After hours of trying to get hold of him, he came up with a very lame excuse and GUARANTEED that he will do it on the 18th (tomorrow) When we followed up this afternoon to confirm the time of arrival, he informed us that he will not be there tomorrow either, BUT he will collect her furniture some other day!! How pathetic. I am trying to get my deposit back, but he does not answer...
