LITERAL NIGHTMARE

Working with this company was a literal nightmare. We scheduled the move for 8am, but could not get hold of Victor (contact person) until 12:30 that afternoon. Calls to all three of the contact numbers provided went straight to voicemail. Eventually we were contacted, and Victor said the driver would be there at 13:30. By 15:00 the driver had still not arrived. We were later told that Victor had forgotten to organise the driver for our move and had to make a last minute arrangement for a truck from Mpumalanga to do our move. Eventually the truck and movers showed up. They did not have enough blankets to cover our items and used my sheets and some of my carpets to lay on the floor of the truck (which they did not return and therefore stole). To make matters worse, it was raining that day (out of our control) and the rain water leaked into the truck and wet our belongings. When the driver arrived at the new house and offloaded, he demanded that we pay him in cash, which was never an arrangement as the deposit had been done via EFT. He became completely threatening and refused to leave. This business operates by pure ****gery and I urge you not to ever give them business/entrust them with your property or time.
