Faith in action logistics

Very disappointed in service from this company. My furniture removal from Johannesburg to Cape Town by this company was not adequate at all. No blankets were used to cover my furniture which arrived scratched and upholstered chairs filthy dirty. Some items were damaged in my motor bike indicator being one item. In particular my gas braai which arrived in pieces. When this was confirmed by the driver and loaders to their boss Stephan, Stephan offered to reimburse me the cost of a new braai. I received only half of the amount. Stephan is now refusing to pay the balance. It is now four months later the cost of the braai has increased. Stephan is now hiding behind the GIT insurance which I purchased from him for R2000. I have asked for a copy of the insurance policy, however have still received nothing. I also missing two benches which were on the original inventory. I have asked for them but four months later still no benches. The service has been shocking. I have to always contact them, and when promised that they will revert to me, nothing!!!! I would certainly not recommend this company.
