Appalling service from faith cooling anf refridgeration

I regrettably used Theo from faith cooling to install aircons in our clothing shop in braamfontein, He installed 2 jet aircons in November and since installation we having problems, He sends a technician and a week later the units are leaking water and the other has a EO error,

2 weeks ago (15/02/2020) he was to send a technician and till today (28/02/2020) no word from him,

He has no customer service, quick to take hard earned money

I WILL NEVER USE THIS FAITH COOLING AND REFRIGERATION AGAIN
