Faith&Co is a ****mer!! Beware!!

My daughter saved up her money to purchase a shoe from faith. The order was placed in dec 2023. We have waited 4 months already only to receive false promises that the item is on its way. Other excuses such as customs , Chinese holidays.. new years bla bla bla !! Basically you will never receive your items, but faith will continue to post other items to **** more people! She has no conscience what so ever. She refuses to respond to any messages but she will respond to people who enquire about other items to purchase. When we requested a refund.. she said it will be done in 7 days. Don’t trust anything this lady says. The refund has not been done and she ghosts the customer. She doesn’t allow messages on her Instagram account so we are unable tonwarn other. Please don’t trust this woman. She is a **** and a ****. Her Watsapp number is *** for reference.
