NTOKOZO HLUBI

I bought a suit from a boutique I saw on Facebook. I bought it from a lady called Ntokozo Hlubi. We spoke on WhatsApp and had an agreement. I asked her to send me an image of the suit and she did. I made payment immediately after she showed me because it was exactly what I had wanted. The suit took over a month to be delivered. I kept on sending her messages on WhatsApp asking with regards to the suit and she ignored me. The suit finally arrived and it was not what she had shown me. On top of that I ordered an XS and she delivered a Large. I then returned the suit to her but she refuses to send my R500 back. She has the suit with her but won't give me my money back. I just lost both my parents and this money I need more than ever. Please help me out, she ****med me and won't answer my texts nor take my calls.
