On the 31 May 2022 I ordered a birthday cake"tractor"green and brown colour with some vegetables on it. The flavor was vanilla and chocolate. I often buy my birthday cakes at their store.The shape of the cake was not the one I have ordered. The Dripping on the cake was bad. Actually the cake was a mess.And jwhen I return back the cake the lady's attitude was horrible, she didn't even apologize or come up with an alternatives mind you I am a regular customer . She said to me there is nothing she can do, no refund or anything from her. She did not show any remorse instead she called the security to come and take us out and the other lady was there who I took my from. I have pictures and conversation details on my watsup chats as evidence and if it will be needed. I'm not happy with her services this time

The outcome I want from her is that she re-do my cake as it is on the pics or she gives me my 1000.00 back.
