Lack of professionalism and communication
My experience with Faisit was extremely disappointing. I waited over two years for my Wealth Management Level 5 certificate and had to constantly follow up for updates, receiving little to no response from the project managers. I eventually escalated the matter to the ETQA Manager, and it was only after they contacted the verification specialist that any progress was made. Had I not taken it upon myself to escalate the issue, I believe I would still be waiting. To make matters worse, I was initially told the verification process was underway, only to later discover it had not even started. Despite being quick to follow up on fees, the institution showed little urgency in delivering the service I had paid for. After all this time, I had to collect the certificate myself. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and efficiency caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I hope Faisit improves its service so future students do not have the same experience.
