Poor service/non-delivery from fairybags.co.za

Order placed on 18 July 2023, payment made and all that followed was empty promises and a lot of excuses. Eventually received a package on 2 August 2023, but it was wrongly delivered. As of 26 September 2023, I still haven't received the goods ordered nor a refund. The excuses and empty promises just keep rolling in. This is the worst service I have ever received, if you can actually call it service.

I will not recommend any one order from Allison at Fairybags.co.za, unless you have plenty of patience and do not mind to never receive the goods you ordered.
