Horrific experience from Fairbybags.co.za

I placed an order more than 2 months ago for bags. All I have received from Alison the owner are empty promises regarding refunds and tracking numbers. Everyday a new excuse on deaths, operations, stabbings and the lists go on. Terrible service and no supply or rfeund.
