Fairy Dust Ripoff

I went to the guesthouse after work and was there until 8PM, after which I went to see a client, when I got back my pillows were taken from my room. Also after I packed all of my bags, to leave for home the following day, I found a dead bat in my room. This is totally unacceptable! When I tried to phone the managers to sort out the problem no one picked up their phones.
