Fairway Spa, Hotel - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE HOTEL RSETAURANT

The Balata restaurant has given Fairway Spa and Hotel a bad image. The manager are so rude at the restaurant, when I arrived at the table there was no waiter to help me, I had to go and ask for help, and the manager that was on duty on Saturday night, 10 March 2018, I told her I was not happy with the service and she was rude to me, and didn't apologize for making me wait. Worst service I ever received, and this has caused poor public image and pathetic customer to the overall company
