Bad service after my brother passed on

<p>As the family we have never recieved poor and terreble service from this company. My brother worked for this company for 5years and worst of all he passed on while he was on duty. We were told that he will get nothing form the company and if I need his belongins I need to produce an affidavit, copy of my ID and his death certificate, of which I sent to their HR Zolaika. According to Dannie the manager that was on call the first day I went to the company after my brother's death he said my brother absconded from work with the swipping machine to SOWETO to commit *****. We are from Soweto but the accident occured in N1 north and Gordon's road, and he was with the clients that he was serving that night. If he was abscoding from duty why was he going back to the hotel? No one has given us answers and the company's managers and Lawyer said for us to see them we need to have a typed agenda , and my brother's belongings are with the securities at the gate. We have not recieved any of my bother's things. If someone is working as a domestic worker in any one's house, if the person dies at least send flowers or a phone call to the family members. According to the people who were on duty they said my brothers clients who were throwing a groom's shower in the hotel did not have enough money to settle the bill, so my brother got permission from Mirriam the manager that night to go with the customers to get money from outside.</p> <p>I need anyone who can assist with this matter, as we donot enough fund to pay for an Attorney.</p>
