Questionable Service at Fairview

Had a weird experience when we arrived at Fairview to do a cheese and wine tasting this past Saturday. Firstly, their hubs were not full, yet we were told they were full and waiting for a group of tourists. What got me, was the fact that they were not very well organized for the 20+ people that had to wait to do tastings, us included. We were bluntly told that "first come, first served in about 40minutes". Not courteous, not friendly, not trying to be accommodating, just that. We took our business next door where we got excellent service and left with a feeling that we had spent our time and money well. The fact that Fairview has not yet been "claimed" on hellopeter should probably tell you that they do not care about these reviews and ultimately the service that they deliver to the market that buys their products, anyway.
