What a disappointing outing

We've been loyal supporters & monthly buyers of R1000+ at Fairview and have, over the years, been treated amazingly by people like Carmen, Annemarie, Lynn, etc. (yesterday 15:30 -17:00).However, had a nasty experience. Went to taste wine as a family outing. Great was our disappointment when we were treated in a very unwelcoming and abrupt manner by a young blond girl (Lisl). We complained about her behavior to Shannon at the cheese counter. When asked about it (randomly showed up at cheese counter), she responded in an absolute disrespectful manner. We were shocked with her response (she works in the hospitality industry). Her words were, \stories? stories? there are always stories\". ('what kind of stories do I here about you?) We couldn't believe the attitude!! I addressed her, she turned her back on us, stomped off in an arrogant way. We were paying guests?
