Pathetic service Fairview

Ordered wine online. Still waiting from 1 June which i understand completely. But since yesterday have been phoning to at least try and get an idea when i might expect delivery. Two different ladies had me on the line for 7/8 minutes everytime trying to locate orders and then would promise a call back. Nothing! Spoke to the manager this morning. Same thing. Promise to phone me within the hour. I phoned back 2,5 hours later. PP service. Try to support the industry during lockdown and they are happy to take my money but then it turns to s....
