I met this guy at Akasia municipality offices in July 2015 He agreed to drawing my house plans and was paid in full for this. Now my plan is not submitted he not answering my calls. On following this up I found out that his office does not exist at the station square. His land line number does not exist. He is not registered with SACAP. Please be aware of this ******.
