HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

The screen on my Iphone5s has been broken for 2 months now!!First, this so called insurance did not have me on their system therefore it took a whole month to get this sorted between MTN FOURWAYS and FAIRTRADE SOLUTIONS!!!! Then they magically found my details on their system! They asked that I provide them with a collection date on email which I did but they responded after FOUR DAYS with their OWN collection date!! They never arrived on both collection dates, I had to send countless emails
