Fairtrade Solution is a bad company

I sent my Samsung Note 3 to Samsung in Brooklyn Mall for the second time to have a screen changed.<br> <br> They sent it to this rotten company called Fairtrade Solutions. The screen change is free but those guys wanted me to pay R505 for a **** at the back inside my phone.That crack has been forever there even in the 1st screen change and I wasn't asked to pay anything for it.<br> <br> Upon speaking to the manager and telling her that I want my phone back,she reckons I will still pay money even if they don't fix the phone.<br> <br> They are not a fair company and all they are up to is to suck money out of everyone.<br> <br> If your phone is damaged,looked for ADH providers next to you and never sends your phone to Fairtrade.
