Failing to approve samsung ADH claim

After providing Fair trade Solutions with my Cell C contract and the Samsung repair ticket they still refuse to approve the ADH claim as they require proof of when I received my phone. My Cell C proof of contracts start date displays 2013-12-30 and as per Fairtrade Solutions the ADH was registered before then and the warranty expired in August 2015.<br> <br> The phone was handed-in at the Samsung store in Kolennade on the 26th of July 2015 and they waited for parts for 3 weeks. After receiving the parts they processed the ADH claim, which was rejected due to the expired warranty.<br> <br> I now need to request the original signed contract from Cell C which is proof that I received my handset on that day which will take 4 weeks. <br> <br> Fairtrade is really going out of they're way to reject my claim and I honestly don't know what else to do!
