Terrible service by fairs furniture

Fairs furniture is nothing but a **** furniture shop for workers and selling, my mother worked for those people for so many many years now to get her money they have to call us rude, I mean if you are told by the manager to fill the forms then return them so that they can submit on your behalf n then after they sit with your reference number how are you supposed to check the process. Funny enough when we phone them n ask we are rude I don't know is it because we are black or what coz the lady called us rude only beacuse we phoned the company to check how far are they with our mothers money since well they are not communicating n sitting with our mother's money.
