Complain.

On 01/07/23 I went to Fairs Furniture Mahikeng branch to settle my late mother' s account. I was disappointed after paying the amount requested. Lady who I don't know gave me a runaround that was not necessary when she was supposed to give me a paid up letter.

She told me to wait until 14h00pm because someone at head office went out to Church. I went back she herself was out for lunch as I was told. Despite the fact that She told me to wait until 14:00pm. I spent another hour waiting for her. When she arrived she told me that it is not possible to print because the person is on leave.

When I asked about the one who went to Church and how about me talk to the head office over the phone. She became rude and told me to stay there and she continued with other work.

I went to the branch manager who assisted me at end.

I wonder this is what customers going through, treated like this even after doing the right thing or they take advantage because customers are pensioners and the place is rural.

Nobody wear a nametag in the store, this signal indicate clearly what kind of behavior you will receive.
