FairPrice Dobsinville

I've had a really bad experience from fairprice located at Dobsinville. I ordered a Niki couch with daybed, which was delivered incomplete is missing 1 back rest. I did inform the delivery guy(Sphiwe) the couch was delivered on 23/12/2024 after 18H00. I went to the store on 26/12/2024 @ Dobsinville and I have been advised I will be called till to date I have not received a call the driver did not even report he delivered a incomplete order. If thy are unable to deliver just 1 back rest can they return it for a full refund and also pay for the delivery charges and refund it also
