******* as staff, hotel poorly managed!

What use to be a great hotel is not poorly managed.

Upon check in, we were given a room that had a filthy bathroom that was not cleaned. It took hotel staff to attend to our dirty room 3 hours later. In fact that is the standard time for room service!!!!! The hotel has a serious sewerage problem, its smells throughout the hotel.

The breakfast is great however the cutlery is dirty!!!!!. The pool is amazing but ice cold, they should look at heating this pool.

My husband's cellphone was ****** in the room!!!! When we notified management, Shaun (the manager) told us he will investigate and keep us updated. Well 2 weeks later we still have no clue what is going on, no communication. What I found interesting was that he said this does happen!!! So clearly they hire ******* and they do NOTHING about it.
