Exploitation at its best!

I needed accommodation in Umhlanga when travelling for business. I searched Vitality Travel and Fairlight Beach House came up almost at the top of the list. Not knowing the area, I booked the accommodation. When the confirmation came through I realised it was in Umhloti not Umhlanga. I immediately cancelled it and booked in Umhlanga. My booking was cancelled within. 15 minutes of booking. Fairlight Beach House has refused to refund the cost because their cancellation policy says that if you cancel within 7 days you forfeit everything. When they were approached and the circumstances explained, they maintained their view. This is exploitation, pure and simple. What a ******* bunch! I will make sure that I tell everyone I know to steer clear! .
