They promise you low interest rates for high loan amounts and approval within the day. Then they tell you there is a fee for first time customers, then the fee increases if you don't pay it in 24 hours, then they send you a contract that states the terms and conditions and stipulations , however everything they do from then on is in breach of that contract, even if you pay the first time fee, they then tell you there is a COB fee (Cost of Bank) where you need to pay a certain amount of money to have the loan amount released to you. Meanwhile they load the amount on to their platform as if to dangle it in your face a d they give you instructions to have it transferred to your bank, but everytime you get to the last step it gives you some error and tells you there is a COB code that you need to enter and when you ask the admin that is helping you, they tell you that there is a fee you must pay for that code to be generated so that you can complete the transaction. ..if you choose to cancel the transaction, there is a fee for that as well. its a **** that will leave you in worse debt than what you were in when you came for the loan...the fees can and will quickly stack up to almost R15k and you will still not be assisted.
