Fairlead Golf Estate Knysna - Unhappy

Property was filthy on arrival (saturday) , entrance full of dirt and pool full of sand. On question we told the kreepy crawly has a timer that will quick in... It's day 3 today - that thing has Never moved! Paid for cleaning service, agent told us this only occurs once you have left the property - basically we pay for the next clients! We booked a 4-day stay in a filthy property and this was suppose to be a Holiday and now I have to spend the day cleaning. Sotheby's needs to pay ME for staying here, I want my money!
