fairlawns does not deserve 5 star status

We decided to go to Fairlawns for our anniversary lunch. Ordered a bottle of wine, out of stock, ordered a different one, was told it was off. Ordered the quail, it was raw. It was then brought back burnt. No manager on duty, no quality control. A disappointment to say the least
