Waiting for funds for More than 15 days

So this company called me and told me that my son's father who is now late left some money for his son but we can only access the money when the child needs something concerning education only, which is a trust fund, so they said when i need school uniform or anything concerning school for the kid i should send a quotation then they will release funds,,, i sent all needed documents on the 17th of december 2022 for school uniform and stationery till to date i havent recieved the money, my kid dsnt have uniform for school, i called them twice, 1st Time they Said they waiting for money from investors, 2nd time they said they have recieved the funds and they Will send within two days which was on the 12th of january 2023 but still to datę no communication concerning payment, my kid dsnt have uniform For school and stationery now i must wait for them forever its not fair on the kid honestly especially because i now know theres money that can help.
