Very unhappy

The Company is hopeless they don't have anyone interested in heart all their staff are trained to lie and very unhelpful.They refuse to pay for school stuff for ect its forever a problem one would think its there money They dont respond to email or call regarding you request I sent a email the 13 December and still i never heard from them please explain to me why do you say you have about 15days waiting yet no responds . My kids monthly allowance was also stop. I don't know why Nedbank moved the funds over to Fairheads Benefits Services they not helpful.
