Very Poor service over and over again
Good Day
My question is does Fairheads only pay when one has logged a complaint?
My daughter sent an email asking for money on the 21st February 2025. Friday the 14th of March my daughter called Fairheads to follow up her request. She got promised that someone will call her on friday but no one called her. Doesn't the process take 10 to 15 working days? If not please change your automatic response messages. When my daughter followed up it was the 16th working day.
