very disappointed

since I requested assistance from Fairhead in May, I'm not helped, my son needs a laptop for school and I sent a request. It seems like I won't get any assistance because no one cares to decline or approve the request every time I follow up I get so many excuses and that time I don't even claim the monthly expense nor neither did I request help for school fees this year. The trust its failing me, what is the purpose of a trust?
