Unprofessional Services

I have sent them an email on Tuesday requesting for a call back regarding my requests with my main email *** its been more than 24hrs and I still have not received a call back from them the only call I got from them was from there complaints department on Wednesday I would call them but I have no money to by me airtime and look its already weekend now Im probably gonna sit the whole weekend without money I still have not eaten in a week plus now I see its gonna be a weekend with no food or money this completely and utterly ridiculous just pure nonsense at its finest.
