Unprofessional

I callled them on Wednesday already asking for a follow up on my request the agent I whom I spoke to on Wednesday told me that their systems are offline and that will have to give me a call back to give me a call back to give me a follow up on my request I did not receive the call back so I called them again yesterday with only 5 minutes on my phone the agent I spoke to yesterday told me that they are gonna call me back it just takes 24hrs for them to call me back up and till now I am still waiting for that call back and its been more than 24hrs I find this very unprofessional of them dont tell me to wait 24hrs then I still dont get a call back I was patiently waiting for them and up until now I have still not received that call to follow up on my request.

This company is super unprofessional and horrible I sent them a request asking for them to assist me with my paying for my driver's lessons which is R2850 and I aslo asked them to please assist me with R550 for groceries because Im sitting with no money and I haven't eaten in straigh 5 days now about 3 minutes ago I get a call from one of thei agents telling me they declined my request groceries but will pay for my driving lessons are you freaking kidding me right now they are willing to pay for my lessons but not to pay me to atleast buy me something to eat what type of company is this how am I gonna do driving lessons on a empty stomach these I would advise that no one puts their money with these people they try to control everything do and have say over your money its pathetic I wont be surprised if die in the next following days Ive gone five days straight without food I swear on my dead mo

I swear on my dead mother Ive on been surviving on just water how can they refuse to give me R550 but they are willing to pay R2850 for my lessons I doesn't make sense Im gonna start speaking to a financial lawyer about this situation because they expect me to wait till the 28th but that its in 2 weeks time thats why I say im probably gonna die because Im gonna go another 2 weeks without having something to eat they are denying me money for food which I need to live is this even legal ?

If I wait to till the 28th I literally might die of starvation I feel very weak I might need to end up in a hospital because you guys rejected my request for R550 this is not right.
