Unhappy Fairheads Client.
I requested a Statement of Account August, I'm still waiting. Nolitha (Fairheads - Call Centre Agent) says it takes Fairheads (10 to 15 days) that's half a month to compile a Statement of Account.
Im not happy with the response i got from Fairheads Beneficiary Services.
