I sent all documents needed for the termination process in March, I am the one who has to do follow ups,the consultants I have spoken to till to date are very rude, namely Repho and Ontando ,their giving me the run around and not a clear answer on when the funds will be released not bearing in mind that while their delaying the process, I still have to take care of the child ,security questions are necessary but tell me ,how do you ask a child whose mother passed on when they 2 years old ,the exact date their mother passed on ,how do you expect the child to know that,logically it doesn't make sense,l have asked to be called back till this day, I haven't received any calls ,when you hire staff please take them to necessary training their dealing with people and they must treat us with respect ,l need answers,I have since written a good positive review about your company but I am taking it back,someone needs to give me answers
