*****ulent withdrawals

I am the mother of 3kids who were left on edu trust with fairheads company on her passing. My mother was beneficiary. Didn’t know any of the withdrawals since she passed. On the 7th of august requested the statement of withdrawals since her passing cos need the information to open a case against a family member who used the money for her own benefits without my knowledge.when discovered what was truly happening, registered with the company as the mother beneficiary, not happy and want to take the matter to court. Can you please help,as need to get this over my shoulders. I've been asking for withdrawals fro. 20 12 to 2024 since it's needed at the police station for the case I opened for my sister who *****ulently stole my kids money I don't want know how much money is left I need withdrawals please I must wait another 2 more weeks then you will reply no instead you sent me money that is left I don't want that I want withdrawals and of my kids Lulutho, Lukhanyile and khanyulutho Thanks Kind regards Miss Phindi Happiness Sixaxeni

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated, as this is a good company,don’t understand why they refuse to send me the withdrawals since inception. Even made a couple of calls prior this mail and after but still nothing. Your assistance greatly appreciated. The only thing they did over the phone was just to tell me the withdrawals , and ask for on waiting for 10-15 days. From my knowledge, the calls are recorded so they know my case instead of playing duck and dive with me. Need the papers for withdrawals so can find peace.
