They refuse to give me my money to study

The Fairheads Benefit Services service is not good I called and emailed them about my studies that I have to do this year, but they don’t want with my money. The money was left by my Father as he passed away, for me to study after matric. They busy telling me to send attachments, but when I do they telling me that they are seeing none. Last year they had no problem, I would email and they would say they saw my email, but now it’s life they don’t want with my money. Time is over, even due date closed, the whole January busy sending emails. Please help me I can’t afford to stay home the whole year and do nothing, by next week 1st Semester is starting, I need to study, please.
