The waiting period sucks!
Fairheads really needs to change this waiting process, i sent them an email last month and i waited till they responded to me this month. What exactly do they do during the ten days period ? Now i have to wait for another week for them to attend to my request. I honestly regret not taking action before the nedgroup transfered the funds to them. This is not right.
