Shocking service

<p>I am nothing short of appalled as I write this review. I initially wrote to your organisation on the 03/05. The request was simple, twofold in fact. I had requested a cessation letter/cancellation schedule coupled with a copy of the policy wording as well as confirmation of whether their were changes to the wording at any stage and if so, a copy of the old wording. I only received the letter sent to my "guardian" and the rest of my request was blatantly ignored. I followed up again ano was advised on Monday by your complaints division that my request was sent to to the relevant department to attend. Maybe I'm missing the point, but is this really such a difficult matter to attend to? Attaching a wording in a pdf format to an email? Really??? One would swear the underwriter is still busy drafting the terns and conditions. The ref as follows:</p> <p>FAI - PRETC/ 0598</p> <p>THE FAIRHEADS UMBRELLA TRUST. Can I please have service, I am after all a mere beneficiary.</p>
