Shameful, **** of a company

Nedbank transferred my childs trust fund to this terrible company called Fairheads Beneficiary Solutions. This company is so inhuman that it is refusing with funds for school fees – they claim that they can only afford a third of what Nedbank was paying??? There was an amount agreed upon with Nedbank per annum for school fees and then they say they cannot afford it? Who’s funds are those? My daughters father left those funds for his child’s educational needs to be catered for… I’ve sent numerous emails and then they say the board says if they give me the amount Nedbank was giving me then her monthly allowance will be stopped? What must the child eat? I have never requested anything except for school fees then they treat you like this? I would not recommend this company to anyone, they really do not deserve to exist. I have never received a statement of account from them either. What are they hiding? Basically what they’re doing is receiving interest from our funds and just pocketing it! ****!!! And shameful
