Sad state of affairs

I try and avoid making requests from Fairheads. Its an overwhelming vicious cycle. Its depressing, the replies take very very long.My children are getting used to yearly school intervals as they are chased off school with different poverty excuses. it saddens me as a Mom.I feel like a failure,cause if I had means I wouldn't involve Fairheads at all. Due to poor economy, I find myself having to beg Fairheads for my children's basic needs. I have just requested for uniform. It will take about 2months or so before a revert back. its a sad feeling that reminds me I am a widow and a pauper. Is Fairheads not supposed to preserve families? Especially for urgent basic needs requests such as uniforms,stationery etc etc. I am in loss of words.
